Firstly, our thoughts are with those affected by the global outbreak of COVID-19. We want you to know that we’re monitoring the situation closely and responding to the changes every day, because the health and safety of our people and our customers is our top priority.

We want to share with you the steps we’re taking to ensure we protect our people, our customers, and your shopping experience.

Our Stores

We have made the decision to close all of our UK stores in the Cotton On Group family for two weeks, through April 22nd. As a People First business, our team are incredibly important to us so we’ll be giving all team members who had scheduled shifts during this period, paid time off.

Our Online Store

We’re still open 24/7 at typo.com where you’ll continue to find our entire product range. We’ve also rolled out additional cleaning measures at our distribution centres and moved to a split shift operation to reduce employee contact and ensure the safe shipping of your product. Our Country Offices

We’re also temporarily closing our UK office and supporting our team through this. We are moving through flexible working arrangements for our hubs around the world as needed, and all large gatherings and events for our teams have been temporarily postponed.
