Rated 4 out of 5 by Orlock_Artbook from Refillable, but at a cost- The beauty of these pens is that - unlike your average ballpoint pen - the ink is in a large, visible area that you can see to monitor when the ink is low. Keep in mind - if you are refilling an empty pen of any kind, either wear gloves, or feel comfortable with mild ink stains for a few days (at most 2).

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from An honest review of my favourite pens I have bought over 20 of these pens, and I love them more than anything but I can't give them 5 stars. These pens have beautiful vivid ink, you can use them and use them for months before they run out, they can race across the page in a gorgeous glide, but just like racehorses they break easily. They need to be cared for, broken in from a young age to bring them to their full potential. To make this pen work, you need to follow the instructions or you're wasting your time and money. When you first use the pen, don't go straight into writing line after line or working on a heavy drawing. These pens need to warm up. Let the ink flow to the bottom of the pen for a minute or so, then draw some slow spirals until the ink thickens and glides. It might be scratchy at first, but let it sit in that position before trying the spirals again and the ink will start flowing. Don't keep spirally if it's scratchy because you'll damage the ballpoint. When you are not using the pen you store it upright. Put it's lid to the sky and keep it there. Do not store the other way, it will leak. Don't store it in a pencil case, it will leak. Keep it upright or you'll regret the consequences. You can see how close the pens are to leaking by how close the ink has gotten to the tip. Some bleeding is normal as you use the pen, but if you store it properly it will run out of ink before it can start leaking. If you buy these pens online you risk how much it will have already bled. There is no way to tell how bad it gets, but if it leaks as soon as it gets to you then email for a replacement. In the description it says the ink is fadeproof. Even if you buy the brightest palest pink, the colour will last and last, especially compared to normal gel pens. It also lasts if it gets on your skin. Excellent for writing notes on your hand because it takes 3-4 washes to come off. It will stain your clothes. It will stain your clothes. It will stain your clothes with the most beautiful vivid shades, reminding you of its power wash after wash. I have gotten ink from this pen on pyjamas, beanbags, bedding, pillows, bags, shirts, and pants. Embrace its immortalitiy. With the right tender care and devotion, these pens will do everything for you. More colours are often available in stores than on the website, so keep an eye out. A colour available today may not be there in the future.
